3. Enter your details. Tap confirm booking. Your booking is now reserved for 24 hours.
4. Online checkout via our PayMongo. Pay immediately or anytime within 24 hours. Access our payment site again via the link that we sent to your email.
5. Upon successful transaction, your booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours. ​No cash payment for online booking please.

Yes, walk-ins are accepted if there are available slots for the day. Before heading to our studio, message us on Facebook or Instagram so we can check for slot availability. This is to avoid waiting or being turned down for a photoshoot. Pre-booked slots will be prioritized. You may also check our booking sites for available dates and time slots.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Debit and credit payments are accepted only via our QR code or payment link. Reservation fees must be paid online.

Yes, we have 2 parking spaces available.

We advise everyone to be at the studio 10-15 minutes before their slot. Please refrain from going earlier than that as we want to limit the number of people inside the studio.

Notify us if you are coming in late or if you are not going to make it. Grace period is 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes late, we will limit your photoshoot time to avoid inconvenience to the next booked client. If more than 30 minutes late or if you arrive beyond your reserved time slot, we can only give a maximum of 15-min photoshoot time and your printed copies can be picked up on the next day.

Here are your options if you fail to make it on the day of your booking:
Option 1: No rebooking fee. Walk-in within 7 days from your original slot (except on weekends and holidays). Consume a maximum of 15-min photoshoot time only. Printed copies can be picked up on the next day. Notify us before heading to our studio.
Option 2: Pay rebooking fee of PHP 500. Rebook within 30 days. Consume full photoshoot time of your chosen package.

If you do not show up on your reserved slot and without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.

Lock-in period starts 48 hours before your reserved slot.
Rescheduling before lock-in period is free and allowed up to 2 times only.
Cancellation is allowed and refundable if before lock-in period.

Rescheduling within the lock-in period will incur corresponding fees.
Cancellation will not be carried out within the lock-in period.
No rescheduling or refund for no-shows.

Yes, your first pet is free! For everyone’s comfort, all pets are required to wear a diaper. Kindly bring a leash or carrier so your pet stays safe and cozy during your visit.

We have chairs, stools and a letter board inside the studio that you can use as props. Feel free to bring your own props.

Yes, we have a dressing area inside the studio. You may change your outfit during the shoot. However, we will not be pausing the timer while you change.

Quick touch-ups are allowed, but we advise clients to arrive fully prepared, as the studio does not have a dedicated makeup area.

All photos will be color enhanced. For a full coverage edit, there will be an additional php 200 per image.

We'll upload your photos on our website's online gallery and send it via Airdrop.
