Studio Rental FAQs
Booking and Scheduling
How soon should I book? Do you accept walk-ins?
Bookings depend on slot availability. We do not accept walk-ins for studio rental.
How to rent?
Contact us via our social media page. We require a 50% down payment to secure your booking.
You can pay via QRPH payment for the down payment. The remaining balance can be settled onsite via cash or QRPH payment.
Can I book an additional hour in advance?
Yes, you may add extra hours to your booking. For Las Piñas branch, the rate is ₱800 per additional hour, for weekdays and ₱1500 per additional hour, for weekends and holidays. For BF Homes branch, the rate is ₱1200 per additional hour, for weekdays and ₱1500 per additional hour, for weekends and holidays.
Can I extend my time on the day of my shoot?
Time extensions are subject to approval and depend on our booking schedule for that day.
To avoid conflicts, we recommend booking your projected time in advance.
Do you allow pencil bookings?
Yes, pencil bookings are valid for 24 hours only. If your booking date is within the next 7 days, we only accept confirmed bookings (no pencil bookings).
How do I secure my booking?
Your booking is only reserved once the down payment is settled. Until then, your selected time slot remains open for other clients.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Rescheduling is allowed before the lock-in period (starts 3 days before your booking date) and is subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made before the lock-in period.

What time should we arrive? What happens if we arrive late?
Las Piñas Studio - you may enter the studio 15 minutes before your scheduled time for ingress and setup. You have a 15 min. egress as well. No shooting during this time.
BF Homes Studio - you have 30 min. ingress and egress. No shooting during this time.
Your studio time will start as scheduled and cannot be adjusted. Please arrive on time to maximize your session. For additional time of ingress and egress, kindly message us via our social media.

Studio Use
Can I bring additional people?
Las Piñas Studio - our studio allows a maximum of 10 persons only.
BF Homes Studio - good for up to 15 persons.
BF Homes Studio - good for up to 15 persons.
Can I use the studio for hair and makeup?
Yes, we have a vanity area at the studio. You may request for a make-up chair, if needed.
Can we change clothes inside the studio?
Yes, we have a dressing area inside the studio.
Do you allow food and drinks inside the studio?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed. Please observe CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) and leave the space as you found it. A cleaning fee will be charged otherwise: ₱500 for Las Piñas branch and ₱1000 for BF Homes branch.
Do you allow pets inside the studio?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please ensure they wear diapers. Pets are also counted as part of the total headcount.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have 2 reserved parking spaces available in our Las Piñas branch, and a shared parking space in our BF Homes branch.
What happens if something gets damaged during our rental?
Any damages to equipment, props, or the studio space will be charged accordingly.
Equipment
Is a camera included in the rental?
No, a camera is not included in the studio rental. You may bring your own camera/photographer, or avail of our photographer packages. Kindly message us for more details.
How many lights and modifiers are included?
Las Piñas Studio - your rental includes 2 artificial lights, 2 modifiers, and 2 lights stands. Additional equipment will be charged upon request.
BF Homes Studio - your rental includes 3 artificial lights, 3 modifiers, 3 lights stands and a camera tripod.

How many backdrop colors can I use?
You can use 1 backdrop color from our monthly selection and 1 backdrop color of your choice.
I’m not familiar with studio lights and modifiers. Can you help?
Yes! Our team can assist you. Kindly send us a message before your booking.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you may bring your own equipment.
Do you provide a tripod?
Yes, we have a tripod available. Inform us beforehand if you’ll be needing it.
Do you provide assistants during the shoot?
Our studio staff can assist with basic setup and light adjustments.
Are props included?
We provide basic props (chairs, stools, etc.), subject to availability. For special props, please bring your own.
